How To Apply Neon Pigment
1. Prepare your nails as normal using a file, buffer and Bluesky Cleanser Wipes.
2. Apply a thin layer of Bluesky Base Coat, avoiding your skin and cuticle, and cure for 60 seconds in your Bluesky lamp.
3. Apply a thin layer of your chosen gel polish and cure for 60 seconds.
4. Using your applicator provided, take a small amount of Neon Pigment onto the applicator and gently pat onto the nail. Use your applicator to rub the powder over the nail until fully covered. This will adhere to the tacky layer of your gel polish.
5. Apply a thin layer of Bluesky No Wipe Top Coat and cure for 60 seconds to finish.
