Shipping policy

How much does your shipping cost?  
Shipping is free for all orders over £15 on our website to the United Kingdom, with £1.99 shipping for orders £15 and under. 

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal (excluding on Nail Mail subscriptions).

Do you offer international shipping?
We ship worldwide and aim to process orders within 2 business days. You also have the option to pay in your local currency. Shipping fee varies based on order size and can be calculated upon checkout. 

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays) will be shipped same day. Orders placed after this time, and orders placed at weekends & Bank Holidays, will be shipped next working day. 

Orders are shipped via Standard Delivery and your order will be shipped Second Class.  You will always receive a shipping confirmation email to confirm when your order is on its way. 

Please note that couriers can experience sporadic delays across the networks, meaning some parcels can take longer to be delivered at these times. Whilst most parcels do arrive within 3-5 working days, Royal Mail advise allowing up to 14 working days for successful deliveries before opening a case with them. Until this period has passed we cannot issue a refund or replacement. 

What happens if I want to return/exchange an item?

I have been charged for shipping.
Whilst the majority of UK shipping is free of charge for orders over £15, when shipping certain items to Northern Ireland, additional charges may apply. This is due to the type of product being classed as HAZMAT and therefore cannot be shipped via Royal Mail. This will apply to orders containing bottles of Cleanser and Remover in any size.
