Refund policy

Returns Made Easy!

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item needs to be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Just send us an email at  info@blueskycosmetics.co.uk  with your order number and reason for return or highlight any items you wish to exchange and what items you would like to exchange them for.

Please note that items purchased in bundles or sets must be returned as a bundle/set for a refund. We are unable to offer part-refunds on these items.

Return Shipping

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over £20, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for peace of mind.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund. Please allow up to 7 days for us to receive your returns. You can expect the credit to be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Gift Cards & Gifts

Gift cards are non-refundable, and we are unable to offer cash alternatives. For gift items marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit to the purchased value of your return. We are unable to process return requests for gifts without proof of purchase.

If you paid via PayPal, you may be eligible for their returns service, which could refund your return shipping costs (up to £15). For more details, check out PayPal’s website.
