Halloween Nail Art Ideas: Spooky Gel Polish Designs
While Halloween may only take place on one day of the year, we like to bend the rules a little and celebrate it all throughout October. Why? Because there are so many stunningly spooky Halloween nail designs that we want to try out!
We’ve taken our terrifyingly good gel polish and nail art products to inspire you this Halloween. So, grab your nail ghouls and get ready to create some Halloween gel polish manicures this spooky season.
Spooktacular Spider Nails
Nothing says – or screams – Halloween more than spider web nail art. Bluesky Matrix Gel helps you create easy Halloween nail designs and is a great starting product if you’re new to nail art.
How do you make spider web nails? Apply a Bluesky Base Coat and Bluesky gel polish colour to your nails following our steps for gel polish application and curing times.
- Then, take your desired Matrix Gel (in black, white or red – we prefer white for a true spider web look!) and a thin nail art brush.
- Dip your brush in your Matrix Gel and carefully dot it onto your nail in the pattern of a spider web.
- The Matrix Gel will follow the pattern of the brush to create your spider nails.
Ghostly Glow In The Dark Nails
For something spooky, create glow in the dark nails with Glowing Series – perfect for Halloween party nails this October!
Coming in six different glowing shades, our glow in the dark gel polish is applied like any other of our Bluesky gel polishes – they will then glow when exposed to small amounts of UV light (when you’re outside)!
The Purr-fect Halloween Nails
Cast a spell this Halloween with our Bluesky Cat Eye Coat – this is an easy nail effect to create as all you need is: a dark gel polish colour, our Cat Eye Coat (choose from six shades) and a Magnet Pen to help you create the Cat Eye effect.
