Bluesky Nail Mail: Everything You Need To Know

Since launching our new subscription service in July, we’ve had a fantastic response! We’ve seen so many of you subscribe to receive the exclusive gel polishes each month, and have had great feedback too.

We’ve had plenty of questions about how Bluesky Nail Mail works, when you’ll receive your order and how you can manage your subscription. Here’s everything you need to know before you subscribe to Bluesky Nail Mail!

What will I receive in my Bluesky Nail Mail?

You’ll be getting three 5ml limited edition gel polishes each month. The colours are new and exclusive to our subscribers and aren’t available to purchase anywhere else in the UK. It's the perfect monthly subscription for those new to gel polish or an exciting and unique addition to your existing Bluesky collection!

How much is Nail Mail and how does it work?

Your subscription is £12 per month, with free UK shipping on every order! You only need to subscribe once, and your subscription will automatically renew each month and £12 will be debited from your payment card.

When will I receive my monthly subscription?

Your subscription will renew each month on the same date you initially signed up. E.g. if you subscribed on 5th July, your next payment will be taken on 5th August and your order will then be processed. Your order won’t be processed until payment has been taken, so make sure your card details are kept up to date on your account.

Do I need a Bluesky account to manage my subscription?

Yes, if you want to manage your subscription, you’ll need an account on our website. You can either create an account before subscribing or follow the prompt at the checkout to create an account once your order has been placed. Please ensure the email address used to place your first Nail Mail order is the same as the email address used for your Bluesky account in order for the two to match up.

How do I manage my subscription?

To view and manage your subscription, simply log in to your Bluesky account and click ‘manage subscriptions.’ Here, you can see your previous and next payment dates, amend your address and update your card details. You can also cancel at any time here too.

Is there a cut off date for ordering monthly Nail Mail?

We aim to continue selling Nail Mail until the last day of the month up until 4pm. However, Nail Mail is subject to availability so may sell out before this point. If you really want the colours in that particular month, we suggest subscribing sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment!

Can I change the date I receive my Nail Mail?

You can! You can log in to your Bluesky account and manage your subscription to change your next payment date. If you subscribed at the end of the month but would prefer to receive your Nail Mail earlier, you can select a date more suited to you.

If I cancel, can I re-subscribe in the future?

Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Bluesky account. You can then re-join at any time too by re-subscribing again - just purchase the Nail Mail subscription on our website and you will be re-subscribed.

To make it even easier for you, you also have the option to skip a month, which you can do by logging into your Bluesky account > manage subscriptions > delivery schedule > skip. The payment will then not be processed for this month, and the next payment will be taken the next month unless you choose to skip that too. 

You can skip as many months as you like, which means should you wish to start receiving Nail Mail again there’s no need to re-subscribe. 

Will the colours be sold separately in the future?

We currently have no plans to sell the Nail Mail colours separately on our website and would like to keep them completely exclusive to our subscribers. However, please do feed back to us about colours you particularly like. If there’s an overwhelmingly popular colour, we may look at launching it as part of our full gel polish range!

Can I see the colours before I subscribe?

Due to the nature of a monthly subscription and following requests from our existing Nail Mail subscribers, we won’t be sharing the colours ourselves until later in the month. However, plenty of our Bluesky community have been sharing their monthly Nail Mail – just head to the comments on our Nail Mail posts or check out our tagged posts on Instagram for a sneak peek!

What colours are going to be included in the monthly Nail Mail?

We will be including a variety of different gel polishes in different finishes to accommodate for everyone’s style and taste. You can expect classic gel polish colours, shimmers and glitter gel polishes too.
