Chrome Hearts
@nailed_byemily has found the perfect method for chrome application so you don’t have to!
1. Prep your nails and apply your base coat and gel polish coat as normal! Cleanse with a cleanser wipe, buff with a nail buffer, dust over with a dusting brush and then wipe over with a clean lint free wipe (Once you have buffed do not add any cleanser or acetone onto the nail as this leaves chrome where you don’t want it!)
2. Use a no wipe gel paint or no wipe top coat for the perfect glue to the chrome.
3. Make sure you really scrub the chrome into the paint to reveal the shine. Our silicone tools on the back on the dotting tools are great for this. Then before you no wipe top coat make sure any loose chrome is dusted away.
Using ‘Dusty Rose’ Fast & Easy Builder Gel, ‘Stoned Rose’, ‘Lace’ (for the most subtle French tip ever), ‘Black Gel Paint’, and chrome powder.
