BY ENTERING THIS COMPETITION, AN ENTRANT IS INDICATING HIS/HER AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

This competition is being run by Bluesky Cosmetics UK HQ Ltd from 18:00 BST Wednesday 21st October 2020 to 18:00 BST Friday 23rd October 2020 via Instagram and Facebook.

You must have a UK postal address to be eligible to receive the competition prize.

Bluesky employees are not eligible to enter the competition.

To enter, you must be subscribed to our Nail Mail Subscription Service and comment on our competition post. You are welcome to enter on both Facebook and Instagram. Comments on other posts will not be counted as entries.

For a bonus entry/entries, you can refer a friend to subscribe to Nail Mail and tag them on the post. You may enter as many times as you wish, each friend you successfully refer (a successful referral means they subscribe to October's Nail Mail) will be counted as a bonus entry. Your friend must be tagged in one of our competition posts for this to be verified as a bonus entry.

Bluesky Cosmetics UK Ltd will choose one entrant at random to win the competition. The prize will consist of: 1x Bluesky Nail Mail Branded Mug, 1x Mini Starter Kit (in a choice of three colours), 1x Remove & Revive Kit.

The winner will be notified via social media.

Bluesky Cosmetics has the final say when choosing the winner. The prize is as stated and no alternative items or cash/gift card alternatives will be offered.

The prize will be posted by First Class Royal Mail to the winner subject to the winner providing Bluesky Cosmetics with a UK/ROI postal address.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her Instagram handle and/or Facebook name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
